Tracking Your Order

We know that you're excited to get your order! We want to make sure that you can track your order once it has been shipped.

When we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the tracking and shipping information. This will allow you to track your package as it makes its way to you!

Shipping Status

Each carrier offers a different way to find the status of your package. You will typically go to the carrier's website, enter your tracking number and find the status.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information.

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

The actual delivery date may vary based on your location from our 10X Recovery Fulfilment Center. Generally, items should arrive within 4-7 business days from the shipment date, depending on the distance from our warehouse but this time can vary.

If you need any help or have any questions about tracking your order, don't hesitate to contact us.

10X Recovery has fulfilment centres located around the world and fulfils orders directly from these warehouses. In such cases when stock is held locally, there are no import taxes or duties passed on to the customers.

In some cases where 10X Recovery does not have stock available locally, we may ship directly from our manufacturer. In this instance, the customer's local customs may contact the customer to pay import fees & duties. 10X Recovery will refund all import taxes & duties for the following countries:

Canada

United States

United Kingdom

Australia

New Zealand

For those customers in these countries, the fee will typically be sent directly to the customer to pay, however, 10X Recovery will provide a full refund of this fee once the customer sends us the receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to make this payment for the customer as customs require the customers mobile number to verify the order. This is why the customer is asked to make payment and 10X Recovery will then refund this amount in full as soon as we have the receipt.

If you're located outside of the countries listed above, unfortunately 10X Recovery is unable to cover the cost of import fees imposed by your country. This is due to the high percent of import fees charged by certain countries. We will still provide free express shipping to your country but will not be liable to cover the cost of import fees.

 

Please note: If the customer doesn't make payment of the import tax within the first 10 days, customs may return the device to the original shipping destination. If this occurs, the customer will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.
